@eobox91103 You shouldn't need software to do port forwarding. It varies widely from one router to another. Simply put, you login to your router's admin console webpage and go through your NAT settings. As a general rule, I also recommend binding your computer's MAC address to a dedicated IP address in your router's DHCP settings as well so that you don't have to adjust your port forwarding every so often as the IP address changes. The most comprehensive method I know of is portforward.com

If you like uTorrent (as I do), you don't want to use version 3.6. Version 3.5.5 is stable (I use it), and you can get a download of it at https://www.filesoul.com/software/uTorrent/3-5-5-45271-for-PC-Windows/download/ . Then, make sure you got to Options -> Preferences -> General and un-tick the box that says, "Automatically install updates:" [image: 1695525284160-1732061b-7c5b-4c00-bb9e-85ad850d872d-image.png] Do NOT try to get this version from a link on domain uptodown.com. Those links have been corrupted and will install version 3.6, which is a disaster. You can also follow the suggestions of others on there who advocate version 2.2.1. That also works...but again, make sure you untick the auto-upgrade box. Good luck with your project, and let us know how it turns out!

@Cryxel In that case I would contact the helpdesk again, leaving out all of the extraneous information and focussing solely on that. The way you've presented the issue on here does make it a little hard to filter out the relevant information. If you simply say "Before donating my UL was X, but after donating my UL still showed X, not X+Y. Please can you investigate? Thank you" then I think it should be clearer.

What did I report? Are you actually replying to me or to @knoxguy89 ? You suggested or mused as to whether you should or could report these torrents at one point. Anyways, it will all be moot as more content is removed and more people just give up. I feel silly for sending them donations recently lol.
